There are three ways to buy a done-for-you sales funnel: hire a freelancer or agency, buy a template you fill in yourself, or buy a done-for-you library that ships the product as well. Published builder prices start around $1,500, agency estimates put a specialist build at $5,000 to $15,000, and one agency’s flat minimum is $10,000. Templates cost $0 inside your funnel builder or about $149 for a third-party design bundle, while PLR Funnels advertises 52 funnels with products included but needs ClickFunnels from $97 a month. None of the three includes traffic, and the funnel software is always extra. Prices checked 14 October 2026.

What does a done-for-you sales funnel actually include?
A complete done-for-you sales funnel takes a visitor from the first page to the follow-up email, and every step is wired to the next. The clearest scope in today’s search results comes from Automate the Journey’s explainer, which makes a good checklist to hold any seller against:
The same explainer says the funnels live in the client’s own account. That detail matters more than the page count. If the funnel sits in someone else’s account, you’re renting it.
The trouble is that “done for you” isn’t a standard. Three sellers using the same label deliver three different things:
- Designs only. Restored 316’s Fusion Funnel Bundle sells 9 “done-for-you page designs” for $149. The product page doesn’t name the platform or say whether copy is included.
- Everything but the words. A freelancer listing on Contra builds the funnel from $2,500 but lists “offer strategy and full funnel copywriting” as a paid add-on.
- Built in your account, assets yours. Atomic Funnels builds in the client’s own ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel or WordPress account and says “clients own 100% of the assets”. Many agency pages in the results don’t say either way.
So when you see the label, ask exactly what’s in the package.
Done for you vs done with you vs a template
Done for you means someone else designs, builds, wires and tests the funnel. Done with you means the provider builds the structure while you supply the copy and video. A template gives you the design and the step order; you write it, connect it and launch it.
There’s a fourth variant most guides skip: a done-for-you library such as PLR Funnels, which ships the product, the sales copy and the emails along with the funnel. It’s the only option that also answers “what do I sell?”, with one big catch: every buyer gets the same material.
What are the three ways to buy a done-for-you funnel?
Each page ranking for this search sells a single route, usually an agency’s own build service or a plugin’s templates. None of them compares the routes side by side, so this section does.
Upfront, the published prices run from $0 to $10,000 before you’ve paid for software or a single visitor. A builder’s own templates can cost nothing, a third-party design bundle is $149, PLR Funnels launched at $797 in 2023, and published agency prices go from $1,500 to a $10,000 flat fee.
1. Hire a freelancer or agency
This is the true done-for-you option: you pay, someone builds. Three published price points we could verify on 14 October 2026 cover the spread.
Be Known Online: from $1,500. The figure sits in the page’s structured data, not in the visible copy. The agency covers four funnel types (high-ticket, course, webinar and book-a-call) and gives no timelines or scope.
A Contra freelancer: from $2,500, 2 weeks. This listing is the most specific about scope. You get flow planning, page design and build, checkout and payments, order bumps, upsells and downsells, delivery setup, email and CRM integrations, mobile layouts and testing. Offer strategy and full funnel copywriting are a paid add-on, so the words that sell are extra.
Atomic Funnels: $10,000 flat, 3 to 4 weeks. Paid up front, and it’s also the agency’s minimum project. Ad spend, software subscriptions and traffic are excluded. It’s honest about the buyer’s side too: you bring a proven offer, record a webinar and spend about two hours on onboarding.
The wider market ranges you’ll see quoted are estimates, and the most detailed set comes from an agency that sells $10,000 builds. Atomic’s 2026 cost guide (updated 1 October 2026) estimates $1,500 to $7,500 per funnel for a freelancer, $5,000 to $15,000 for a specialist agency and $15,000 to $50,000+ for complex multi-funnel projects. It calls anything under about $1,500 “likely a template swap” and puts optimisation retainers at $1,500 to $3,000 a month. Lilach Bullock’s UK figures land in a similar place (£2,000 to £6,000 for a mid-range freelancer, £5,000 to £15,000 for an agency), though she gives no sources. SiteGrowth puts freelancers lower, at roughly $300 to $3,000, and its own summary contradicts that range.
If you want a ClickFunnels specialist, ClickFunnels runs a Funnel Builder Directory, which its help centre describes as a public place to “find and hire certified experts”. Builders become eligible for a listing at Bronze level, which ClickFunnels ties to “$10K in sales”, and you can search profiles by certification level and skill tags. The directory lists no build prices. Certification costs the builder $5,500, so a badge tells you they paid for training and hit a sales mark. It doesn’t tell you their copy converts.
Not every builder works in ClickFunnels. Atomic, for one, builds in GoHighLevel and WordPress as well. If a builder steers you to a platform, read ClickFunnels vs GoHighLevel before you agree, because you’ll be paying that subscription long after the builder has gone.
Pick this if you already sell something, know who buys it, and have $1,500 or more for the build (more like $5,000+ if you want strategy and copy done too). Skip it if you’re still looking for an offer. A builder can’t fix a product nobody wants, and Atomic won’t start without a proven one.
2. Buy a template and fill it in
A template is the cheapest route and the most work. You get the layout and the step order. You write the copy, connect payments, build the emails and test the checkout yourself.
Your options, cheapest first:
- Your builder’s own library. ClickFunnels’ blog post “53 Marketing Funnel Templates (2026)”, published 14 July 2026, lists 53 templates with “Install Template” buttons that put a template “straight into your account”. The post doesn’t say whether they’re free or which plan includes them. Systeme.io’s pricing page links a Template library under Resources, and its Free plan costs $0, never expires and needs no card: 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 custom domain, 0% transaction fees. Systeme.io’s plans and limits cover the paid tiers.
- A third-party design bundle. Restored 316’s Fusion Funnel Bundle is $149 for 9 page designs: long and short opt-in, sales, tripwire, thank you, webinar registration, replay and confirmation, and a waitlist page. Check which builder it’s made for before you pay.
- WordPress. WPFunnels offers 13 niche templates. The free plugin covers the landing, checkout and thank-you steps; upsell, downsell and custom steps need WPFunnels Pro. The template page shows no plan prices.
There’s also a half-step between template and done-for-you: ClickFunnels’ AI funnel builder drafts the pages for you. It still can’t supply the offer.
Pick this if your budget is tight and you’re willing to write. Skip it if you know you won’t write the sales page. A template with placeholder copy converts nobody, and an empty funnel costs the same monthly fee as a full one.
If ClickFunnels is your builder, you can install a template and test the whole thing on the free trial. It runs 14 days, needs a card at signup, and is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee; here’s how the ClickFunnels 14-day trial works.

3. Buy a done-for-you library with the product included
The agency and template routes both assume you already have something to sell. PLR Funnels doesn’t. It’s sold by Etison LLC, the company behind ClickFunnels, and the offer page is a free masterclass with Russell Brunson, Paul Counts and Shreya Banerjee. You sign up with a name and email.
The page advertises “52 Private Label, Pre-Built Funnels”. Each comes with the pieces the other two routes leave out: finished products, sales letters, upsells and downsells, email sequences, ads and social media posts. You “plug these funnels into your ClickFunnels account” and change out the order button so the money comes to you. The page says each launches in “15 Minutes OR LESS”.
That’s the strongest argument for this route. If you have traffic but no product, it’s the only one of the three that fixes your actual problem: it hands you something to sell, with the funnel already built around it.
The catches are just as concrete:
- The price isn’t on the page. It’s revealed in the masterclass. The last official figure is the 2023 launch price of $797, from Russell Brunson’s Marketing Secrets podcast (4 August 2023).
- No licence or refund terms are shown. Neither appears on the offer page.
- Every buyer gets the same products and copy. You’ll want to rework them so your funnel doesn’t read like everyone else’s. Our guide on how to sell PLR products legally covers the licence check and the rework.
- It only runs on ClickFunnels. Budget $97 a month for Launch on top.
We’ve gone through the funnel count and the full cost separately: see what’s inside PLR Funnels and what it costs.

What does a done-for-you funnel still leave to you?
Whichever route you take, someone else handles the build and finding buyers stays with you. So does the rest of this list:
- Traffic and ad spend. No route includes them. Atomic Funnels excludes ad spend, software subscriptions and traffic from its $10,000 package, and the PLR Funnels page carries the line “We make no claims or representation that by using ClickFunnels you will earn money or make your money back.”
- The platform plan. Atomic excludes software, and PLR Funnels needs ClickFunnels. Atomic’s own estimate for funnel software is about $100 to $350 a month.
- Your domain and payment account. A builder can wire up checkout (Contra’s listing includes it), but the account the money lands in is yours to open and keep in good standing.
- The offer. Agencies build around it; they don’t invent it. Atomic asks for a proven one before starting.
- The copy. On the template route it’s all yours, and Contra’s $2,500 build leaves it out too. In the UK, Lilach Bullock puts a funnel copywriter (landing page plus 5 to 7 emails) at £300 to £1,500.
- Customer support. Refund requests, login problems and questions from buyers come to you, not the builder.
Sellers’ pages tend to round all of this off. Here’s how the lines on the pages compare with what the details say:
"Done for you"
Scope varies. A $2,500 build can exclude offer strategy and the copy.
"15 Minutes OR LESS" to launch
That's setup time. Finding visitors takes longer, and it's still your job.
"Start Making Sales Tonight"
The same page says it makes no claim that you'll earn money.
"Clients own 100% of the assets"
That's one agency's wording. Many agency pages don't say, so get ownership in writing.
You can still buy a funnel. Just budget for the rest before you do.
How much does a done-for-you sales funnel cost in year one?
A done-for-you sales funnel costs its build price plus twelve months of the software it runs on. Nobody in the search results adds the two together, so here’s the sum with today’s prices. ClickFunnels Launch costs $97 a month or $970 a year billed annually; Systeme.io Free costs $0. The PLR Funnels rows assume the 2023 launch price of $797 still applies.
| Route | Build or buy | 12 months of software | Year one |
|---|---|---|---|
| Template on Systeme.io Free | $0 + any template you buy | $0 | $0+ |
| Template on ClickFunnels Launch | $0 + any template you buy | $970 annual · $1,164 monthly | $970-$1,164 |
| PLR Funnels + Launch | $797 (2023 price) | $970 annual · $1,164 monthly | $1,767-$1,961 |
| Agency from $1,500 + Launch | $1,500 | $970 annual | $2,470 |
| $10,000 agency build + Launch | $10,000 | $970 annual | $10,970 |
Prices checked 14 October 2026. Ad spend is not included in any row.
The software hits the cheap end hardest. A template is “free”, but on ClickFunnels it still costs $970 a year. The PLR route’s software bill is bigger than its 2023 sticker price. And as an illustration, if an agency adds a retainer at the bottom of Atomic’s $1,500 to $3,000 monthly estimate for optimisation work, the $2,470 row becomes $20,470 in year one.
Two plan notes. Launch covers unlimited funnels, 10K contacts, 5 custom domains and 2 team members, which is enough for one funnel or a PLR catalogue. Scale ($197 a month or $164 billed annually) only earns its price once you need more than 10K contacts, 5 domains or 2 team members; Launch vs Scale: which plan you need works through that choice, and every ClickFunnels plan and what it costs has the full table.

Which done-for-you option should you pick?
Start from what you already have. The budget matters less than whether you have an offer and a way to reach buyers.
Pick an agency or freelancer if you have a proven offer and $1,500 or more for the build. Budget nearer $5,000 if you want strategy and copy included, since the $2,500 Contra listing leaves both out. Ask the builder which platform they’ll use and whose account it sits in.
Pick a template if your budget is tight and you’ll write your own copy. Systeme.io Free gets you 3 funnels at $0 with no card, and the ClickFunnels trial gives you 14 days to build and test before the first charge. If cost is the main filter, our list of free ClickFunnels alternatives covers the other $0 options.
Pick PLR Funnels if you have no product, you’re on ClickFunnels or happy to pay $97 a month for it, and you already have a way to reach buyers: an email list, a social following or an ad budget. It’s the shortest route from no product to a live offer, and it’s ClickFunnels’ own product, so the funnels are made for the platform they run on.
Skip all three if you can’t yet say where your first 100 visitors will come from. Every route hands you a finished funnel and an empty traffic column. If you’re new to this, learn to build one funnel first before you pay anyone to build one for you.
PLR Funnels is also not for anyone who wants a product nobody else sells. Shared material is the trade-off for the speed.

What should you ask before paying for a done-for-you funnel?
Put these seven questions to any agency, freelancer or template seller, and get the answers in writing:
-
Whose account is it built in, and who owns it?
Your own account is the answer you want. SiteGrowth's guide says to ask who owns the pages afterwards for the same reason.
-
Is the copy included?
Sales page, emails and ads. If it's an add-on, get its price now.
-
Which software costs are excluded?
Add 12 months of the platform to the quote before you compare quotes.
-
Is ad spend excluded?
It almost certainly is. Ask how much traffic the funnel was designed for.
-
What's the timeline, and how many revisions?
One freelancer quotes 2 weeks and one agency 3 to 4. Agency estimates run up to 10 weeks.
-
Is there a retainer after launch?
Optimisation retainers can cost more each month than the build did.
-
What are the refund terms?
Read the actual wording. If you pay up front, you carry the risk.
For PLR Funnels, the questions are shorter because the build is already done: what’s today’s price, what does the licence allow, and what does the guarantee on the order page say? None of the three is on the public page. ClickFunnels’ general refund policy takes requests within 30 days of purchase, “subject to the Terms of Service applicable to the product”, so check what applies to PLR Funnels itself before you buy.

Frequently asked questions
What is a done-for-you sales funnel?
A funnel someone else designs and builds for you: landing page, checkout or booking step, follow-up emails, CRM wiring and tracking, all aimed at one goal. The scope varies by seller, so check whether copy and setup are included before you pay.
How much does a done-for-you sales funnel cost?
From $0 for a template in your builder and about $149 for a 9-page design bundle, to $1,500 or $2,500 at the low end of published agency and freelancer prices. Agency estimates put a specialist build at $5,000 to $15,000, and one agency charges a flat $10,000. Software and ads are extra on every route.
Are done-for-you sales funnels worth it?
Only if you have an offer people already buy and a way to send them traffic. A funnel turns visitors into buyers more efficiently. It doesn't create demand, so a beautifully built funnel with no visitors earns nothing.
Does a done-for-you funnel include traffic or ads?
No. Atomic Funnels explicitly excludes ad spend and traffic from its $10,000 package, and the PLR Funnels page says it makes no claim that you'll earn money. Plan and budget your traffic separately.
Who owns a funnel an agency builds?
It depends on the agency, so ask. Atomic Funnels builds in the client's own account and says clients own 100% of the assets. Many agency pages don't say, so get the answer in writing before you pay.
How long does it take to get a done-for-you funnel built?
One freelancer listing quotes 2 weeks and one agency quotes 3 to 4 weeks. Atomic's market estimates put freelancers at 2 to 6 weeks and agencies at 4 to 10 weeks. A template or PLR funnel can go live much faster because the build already exists.
What's the difference between a funnel template and a done-for-you funnel?
A template is the design and structure: you write it, connect payments and launch it. A done-for-you funnel means someone does that work for you. A PLR library goes one step further and ships the product and copy too.
Can I get a done-for-you funnel if I don't have a product?
Yes, through PLR. PLR Funnels advertises 52 funnels that include finished products, sales letters and emails. Every buyer gets the same material, and you need ClickFunnels to run them.
Do I need ClickFunnels for a done-for-you funnel?
For PLR Funnels, yes: the funnels plug into your ClickFunnels account. For an agency build or a template, no. Agencies such as Atomic Funnels build on ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel or WordPress, and templates exist for Systeme.io and WordPress too.
The bottom line
A done-for-you sales funnel pays for the build. Finding buyers is still your job. Hire an agency or freelancer if you have a proven offer and at least $1,500, ideally more for copy. Use a template if money is tight and you’ll write the words yourself. Choose PLR Funnels if what you’re missing is the product itself and you’re on ClickFunnels or willing to be.
Whichever you pick, add twelve months of software to the price and know where your traffic comes from before you pay anyone.
