ClickFunnels Training 2026: Official, Free and What to Skip

The main official ClickFunnels training is the One Funnel Away Challenge: $0 to join, 28 missions over about four weeks at roughly 60 minutes a day, ending with one funnel built in your own account. The catch is that joining starts a ClickFunnels Launch trial that needs a card and bills $97/month from day 14, while existing customers already have it, because it’s included with any ClickFunnels subscription. Around it you get Build with AI in every workspace, group onboarding calls on every plan, and a 23-article Getting Started section in the help centre that anyone can read for free. Skip Udemy ClickFunnels courses last updated before 2024 (the 19.5-hour one that ranks was last updated in August 2020). Prices, the offer and the course data were checked 20 October 2026.

What ClickFunnels training is available in 2026?

ClickFunnels has five official ways to learn the software, plus one video library whose status is unclear. Only one of them, the One Funnel Away Challenge, is a structured course with a finish line.

For a beginner, two of these matter most. OFA gives you structure and a deadline. The Getting Started docs cost nothing and need no card, so you can read them before any trial clock starts. Build with AI sits in between: it shows you a complete draft funnel, but only once you have an account.

The One Funnel Away Challenge: the official ClickFunnels training course

ClickFunnels’ help centre describes One Funnel Away as “a 30-day training designed to help you build and launch a sales funnel using ClickFunnels”. It’s the closest thing to an official ClickFunnels training course, and the only route here where you finish with something live. This section covers how it works as software training. What it costs and how the trial fits

The signup page has one product line: “ClickFunnels (Launch)”, “Free for 14 days then $97.00 / month”. The challenge is $0, there’s no plan picker or annual option, and the checkout’s “Add new payment method” field means a card goes in at signup. The FAQ says why: you’ll “NEED ClickFunnels software for the challenge!”

Some lists say OFA takes two weeks. It’s 28 missions over about four weeks, so on the daily schedule the day-14 charge lands around Mission 14, mid-track. You decide on the $97 before you’ve finished.

Two extras are optional:

• Fill Your Funnel, $47.00. A “Special One-Time Offer” on the order form: traffic training.
• VIP, $100. A “one-time payment of $100” offered after purchase, per the help centre. It adds live daily coaching sessions and a VIP-only community.

Your first 30 days cost $0 if you cancel before day 14, $97 if you stay on Launch, $144 with Fill Your Funnel ($97 + $47), and $244 with both extras ($97 + $47 + $100).

Year one on Launch is $1,164 paid monthly (12 × $97) or $970 paid annually, but the OFA checkout only offers monthly. For annual billing or a different plan, start from the standard 14-day trial instead (covered below).

On refunds, the OFA page promises a “No-Nonsense, 30-Day Money Back Guarantee!” and says support will cancel your ClickFunnels membership if you email within 30 days. The clearest wording is on ClickFunnels’ pricing page: “Yes, we have a 30-day money back guarantee.”

What you learn about the software

The 28 missions run over four weeks. Week 1 is shared, weeks 2 and 3 split by track, and week 4 is traffic. There are two tracks:

• Expert, led by Russell Brunson, for digital products, coaching, consulting and services. You build a “one-to-many” funnel.
• Ecom, led by Trey Lewellen, for physical products. You build the “Secret Ecom Funnel”.

Every mission happens inside your own ClickFunnels account, so you learn the software by using it. By week 4 you’re sending traffic to a funnel that lives in your workspace. You don’t need a product to start either. The FAQ says “You can come to the challenge with a blank slate.”

It’s self-paced. The help centre says “You can go through the training at your own pace”, with a recommended weekly schedule, and the sales page headline promises “Just 60 Minutes A Day”. The base tier includes weekly “Live sessions with the One Funnel Away experts and special guests” and a community to “ask questions, share progress, and connect with other challengers” (help centre, June 2025; the sales page doesn’t mention live calls). Daily coaching is the $100 VIP tier.

It isn’t a reference manual for every app in ClickFunnels. OFA is built around one funnel, and the help-centre docs cover the rest.

Build with AI: the fastest way to see the editor working

Build with AI left beta on 18 September 2026, and ClickFunnels’ changelog says it “is available to every team, with nothing to switch on”. You’ll find it at the top of the workspace dashboard, or as Create With AI on the funnels list. It works in the trial too, so you can use it in your first OFA week.

It has two modes, described in the help centre:

The training value is what you do with the draft. “Everything it creates is a normal ClickFunnels funnel”, so generate one, then take it apart: open each step, change a section by hand, find where the product sits, rewrite a headline with the AI sidebar. You can edit by hand, with AI or both, and restore previous versions if you break something, which makes it safe to experiment on day 1. Don’t ship that first draft. Use it to learn the editor, then build the real funnel in OFA.

Two limits. Each team has a usage allowance for AI activity: Launch lists 1M AI words on the pricing page, which doesn’t say over what period. At the limit “the assistant pauses new requests”, and “trial accounts can activate a subscription to continue”. On a team, admins get Build with AI automatically. Everyone else needs the AI User role.

Free ClickFunnels training you can start without a card

Two official sources cost nothing and need no card: the help centre’s Getting Started docs and ClickFunnels Academy. Search for them by name; we don’t link vendor or support pages.

The help centre’s Getting Started docs

The Getting Started section has 23 articles: a ClickFunnels overview, then one per area, including Funnels, Domain, Payments, Emails, the Page Editor, Workflows and Team members. It’s free, current and written for today’s ClickFunnels. Read two articles first:

• “Getting Started with ClickFunnels” (updated 28 October 2025). The tour: the trial, workspaces, your first funnel from a template or with AI, the page editor, domain, email, courses, payments and products. It calls the default subdomain “not recommended” for a live business, so connect your own domain before you send traffic.
• “Getting Started with Funnels” (updated 10 September 2025). Read this one the night before you sign up. It covers building your first funnel from templates “categorized by goals like lead generation, sales” or with Build with AI, then products, automations and your domain. It ends with testing and publishing: test, enable Live Mode, share the URL, plus a pre-publish checklist.

The Funnels article uses images with no embedded video, so it will feel dry if you only learn by watching. It’s still among the most current free material there is, and reading it costs an evening rather than a day of your trial.

ClickFunnels Academy

ClickFunnels Academy calls itself “Always Free” and claims “Over 350 Training Videos”. The modules are short. “Getting Started With ClickFunnels 2.0” is 5 lessons, 30 minutes. Others include Customizing Your Funnel (6 lessons, 36 minutes), Selling Products or Services with Sales Funnels (8 lessons, 48 minutes) and Launching a Course in ClickFunnels (9 lessons, 54 minutes).

There are caveats. The site mixes Classic and current tracks, several course cards don’t say which version they cover, and Classic cards carry a May 2022 date. The footer reads “All Rights Reserved @ 2019 - 2025”, and the live trainings page said “No live trainings scheduled at this time” when we checked.

Use the Academy for concepts, and check that each module says 2.0 and that its screens match your dashboard. Then build the real thing with One Funnel Away.

FunnelFlix, onboarding calls and what each plan includes

Every plan lists some training. Here’s what ClickFunnels’ pricing page shows, checked 20 October 2026:

That table makes FunnelFlix look like the reason to move up from Launch. It may not be.

The detail: the help-centre FunnelFlix article requires “An active ClickFunnels Classic account”, and “Maintenance Mode is no longer available for new ClickFunnels 2.0 accounts” (those created on or after 18 January 2026), which closes the old route of linking a Classic account. The separate Classic help centre (updated 27 April 2026) still lists FunnelFlix by Classic plan names (Basic, Platinum, 2CCX) and never mentions today’s plans.

So for training alone, Launch gives you the same official routes as Scale. One Funnel Away is included with any plan, Build with AI is in every workspace, and group onboarding calls are on every plan. Move up for course slots, support level or AI allowance, not for a library you may not get. The trade-offs are in whether you need Scale or Launch, and the full price list is in every ClickFunnels plan and price.

Are Udemy ClickFunnels courses still up to date?

Mostly not. We pulled Udemy’s public course data for the six ClickFunnels courses we could verify:

None of the six was updated in 2024 or later. The newest is from July 2023 and is the only one with “2.0” in the title, but it teaches a coaching brand rather than the software. The three free ones date from 2019, 2020 and 2022.

Good ratings don’t change that. Nathan Williams’ course averages 4.72 from 662 reviews, which tells you students liked it at the time. It doesn’t tell you whether the buttons are still where the videos show them.

The same test works on aggregators and YouTube. Coursesity’s “free” labels are Udemy coupons on courses with 2020 and 2021 titles, and Class Central leans on listings from 2021 and 2022. A “ClickFunnels tutorial” video with 2026 in the title still deserves a look at the upload date and the dashboard on screen.

Which ClickFunnels training should you take first?

Start with the free docs before the trial clock starts, then use One Funnel Away to build. The order matters because the day-14 billing date doesn’t move, however self-paced the course is.

That sequence suits a total beginner with something to sell, or at least an idea. Four kinds of reader should take a different route:

• Already a customer. Skip the signup. Open “One Funnel Away 2025” in your Customer Center.
• Won’t enter a card. Stick to the help docs and the Academy, or start on one of the free funnel builders that need no card.

Signing up takes a few minutes:

1. Open the OFA signup

   Go to the One Funnel Away page. The order line reads "ClickFunnels (Launch)", free for 14 days, then $97.00 a month.

2. Add your card

   Required at checkout. Launch bills from day 14.

3. Skip or take the $47 bump

   Fill Your Funnel is traffic training. Week 4 of the main challenge already covers traffic.

4. Pick your track

   Expert with Russell Brunson, or Ecom with Trey Lewellen for physical products.

5. Decide on the $100 VIP

   It adds live daily coaching. The base tier already has weekly live sessions.

6. Open "One Funnel Away 2025"

   It sits in your Customer Center, next to any other courses.

7. Set a day-12 reminder

   That leaves two days to cancel if Launch isn't worth $97 a month to you.
